Once the guy behind the counter handed over my pre-paid order he disappeared behind the door to never be seen again. I had a question for him about installing the lock's striker plate and the Lockwood guarantee, but I guess I will never find out. Furthermore, I never received a copy of the order/invoice via email when ordering/picking up, respectively.
