I attended at the store to buy a disability lock, which i had no idea what i needed, the person i spoke with was knowledgeable and provided me with the lock i needed. I also had my grandchildren with me (6 & 3) and they were fascinated by the safes. A member of staff, maybe owner, came out and spent time with them showing them all the different types of safes and even let them open some. The kids have not stopped talking about it. They went above and beyond, thank you.
