Starting from the moment you create an account and begin spending, Customers become eligible for VIP discounts upon reaching specific lifetime spending thresholds. Your total spend includes all past purchases associate with your log in, so every dollar counts toward unlocking your VIP status.

Once you achieve a new VIP tier, we'll notify you, and your discount will be automatically applied when you log in to shop.

🎁 VIP Discount Tiers

Bronze: 5% discount on all orders for customers with a lifetime spend of $2,000 or more.
Silver: 7.5% discount on all orders for customers with a lifetime spend of $5,000 or more.
Gold: 10% discount on all orders for customers with a lifetime spend of $8,000 or more.

The VIP Discount Program at The Lock Shop offers exclusive discounts based on cumulative lifetime spending. By participating in this program, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Combining Policy: VIP discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offers, including but not limited to special project rates, bulk buy pricing, seasonal discounts, or any other concurrent promotional campaigns.

Exclusive Application: The VIP discount is a standalone benefit and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

Eligibility and Notification: Customers will be notified upon reaching the required lifetime spend thresholds for each VIP tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), and the corresponding discount will be automatically applied to eligible purchases upon login.

By participating in the VIP Discount Program, customers agree to these terms and conditions. The Lock Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at its discretion.
