Staff at shop all are lovely and helpful. BUT the delivered item not the same I bought from the shop as I bought 1 and I would like have the same one and paid for. When I received the item a week later opening and It's SIMILAR not the same bought item!!!

The lock was clearly described and illustrated and arrived in a timely manner. Communications from the lock shop were prompt, friendly and professional. The lock is the perfect solution for a bit of a tricky security and design situation - heritage garage doors.
