The look and feel of this lock is great and after one year we've had almost zero issues with it. The fingerprint scanner can be sensitive but I found re-programming my fingerprints can resolve sensitivity issues.
The only major flaw with this lock is that it cannot be manually unlocked with a key, pin or security tag. It has an auto-lock feature which, if disabled, will not allow you to lock the door in any other way, apart form turning on the auto lock feature on again.
