I’m an owner builder still going some 20 years after starting. Ordering additional door handles is easy from the lock shop.
The handles come with the latch..I wasn’t sure..but they definitely do

Disappointing chrome finish
Replacement sets ordered because original set's chrome finish had bubbled, corroded and worn off. The original handles looked dirty and had a rough feel in the hand after only about 6 years. Not aligning with the price of the sets.
