The Lianna privacy lever set is decent overall. It has a sleek, modern design and functions adequately for light household use. That said, it feels a bit flimsy in build quality, and the privacy locking pin could use a better design — it doesn’t feel as secure or user-friendly as it should be.

Delivery Review – Lock Shop / Direct Freight Express
While my order from Lock Shop arrived without damage, the delivery experience left much to be desired. I specifically requested that the parcel be placed inside my parcel box, but Direct Freight Express left it in plain sight on my doorstep — a clear risk for theft. Worse still, there's no way to leave feedback or contact Direct Freight Express about the issue. I’d recommend Lock Shop consider alternative freight partners for better customer experience.
