Good feel in the hand unlike the flimsy new stuff. Replacement for same brand/model installed 45 years ago in domestic house which have finally worn out. Timeless look. Could be improved by providing an adjustable snib action so snib always has the same downward direction when rehanded left to right hinged (maybe impossible?).
