We bought 2 of these locks and had them installed by our builder. Sadly, although they look beautiful, it is extremely difficult to lock and therefore impractical. The key keeps getting stuck and it’s very difficult to turn. I have to keep leaving my front door open, because it just won’t work. Very upsetting, as they’re quite expensive and have now been installed in both doors.
