It's not the products because The Lock Shop are not exclusive retailers of what I've needed, it's the service from knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff. Twice now I've needed specific door hardware for my ancient house and The Lock Shop came through when others couldn't, including from their own old stock of a deleted item. Many thanks.

The hinges were of excellent quality. You get what you pay for.

Wrong product sent, and now awaiting a replacement. Poor on updates and no options given. No idea if/when something will happen because everything is deferred to ‘the supplier’.
