Bought a replacement Austral Ultimate XC security door lock. I rang the shop to find out if it was in stock and delivery timeframes. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the item, which arrived in Perth within 7 days. It’s already been installed. Good product and well made. Thanks and great customer service guys!

Being the first time I've replaced a security screen lock, I found it not overly complex but definitely a learning experience. Luckily the Lock Shop replacement was an exact fit and works well.

Purchase a new Austral ultimate XC door lock at a great price. Was not sure if it was for a triple lock. Did ask in notes if it was but got no confirmation back the. Lock arrived in good time and it was for a triple lock. Had trouble fitting the old last two securing screws but overcome that very happy 😃 thanks lock shop
