CYLINDER TO SUIT GAINSBOROUGH TRILOCK (C4 PROFILE)

The Gainsborough Trilock key cylinder fitted perfectly and worked as intended. The online service to delivery was great. Highly recommend this product from The Lock Shop.

I installed this cylinder to my Gainsborough Trilock, only for the cylinder to slid through and jam the bolt in the striking plate. I then had to remove the cylinder and insert the missing grub screw from the original cylinder and reinstall the Bravo cylinder. So far so good. Save yourself time and ensure you have the small grub screw (screw without a head) that resides in the middle of the cylinder at the bottom before purchasing this cylinder. As it is not sold with it. This grub screw prevents the cylinder from sliding as you apply pressure, and keeps the bolt aligned with the striking plate.

Well made cylinder. But you might need to swap the cams from original cylinder for it to work smoothly in lock.
