These sash window handles and lock look great. Unfortunately one of the screws sheared off when being screwed in. It was white inside. Very light pressure was being applied as it was a pre existing screw hole. This caused a problem as half the screw was left in the hole. I bought new screws from Bunnings and completed the installation.
