Key boxes with tumblers and scrolls are exceptionally difficult to use at night or for people who wear reading glasses but don't carry them all the time. This one can be done purely by feel even in total darkness. It also comes with a cover that hides the keypad so it is not as obvious as some. The hinged door means it can't get lost and you can use the box easily with one hand. It would be very difficult to fit the suggested 25 keys in it but 6 to 10 is fine.
