I ordered 2 of these and had them re-keyed by the Lockshop.
That was done well and communication was also good.

The lock itself though is a bit subpar. Don't get me wrong, it works, but it is a bit stiff and clunky in its functionality.
The previous lock, which was a Wilco, was a bit smoother - but did not have the deadlock feature, thus the change.
So in short, not a bad lock, but it won't be a talking feature at your next BBQ with friends.

The lock shop made these easy to order and were delivered in a reasonable time. I replaced the 2 20+ year old latched on cedar sliding doors. Easy as the holes lined up. The latch is really well designed and instructions excellent. Slight down side. It’s a white metal casting which will probably last 20 years where the bolt goes in. Also for me the keys need to be taken out to allow the internal fly wire door to shut. As far as security goes it will deter people but it’s only as strong as the door frame and the screws attached to it. Having said all that ..it’s value for money, easy to install, looks fine and is easy to ise

Although the lock doesn't fit well, needing quite a few adjustments. Staff at Bonds security did a great job guiding me through, and also swapped parts for me without charging me. Eventually, it works perfectly.
