I ordered this through The Lock Shop website. Received a call from a lady there to say it was out of stock and she would assist in looking for an equivalent alternative. Rang back shortly after to say the original request was available in parts and The Lock Shop would be able to put it together for me. Problem solved and received the goods in quick time.

Good to deal with a supplier who delivers both on quality and timeliness. The lock box is perfect for storing important small items ( keys) in a secure manner.
