The lock replaced our old one, however the new handles and associated snub etc were for a security door rather than a heavy sliding door which is much thicker than a security door.

This was the last of all my renovation locks replaced. I purchased everything from the lock shop. They even keyed them alike.

No you haven't fulfilled my order 14 days ago. The incorrect locks have been sent back and the locks that I requested won't be available until late Feb ( not probs, I can live with that. ) These requests for a review that seem to be automatically generated by you and all that I buy from, on line drive me nuts. You were really understandable with the stuff up that we had. Now you want a review?????????.
