The long throw bolt used to be available as a separate item for purchase. A customer now has to buy the complete body and latch if the bolt needs replacement.
Nothing but greed, in my opinion.

I wanted to bolt the door close, and be able to hold the door open on a nice day. A high door jam meant a short bolt patio lock couldn't be used to hold the door open. The extended patio bolt achieves this very nicely.
Tracking and speed of delivery from "The Lock Shop" was spot on.
