The CONEL actuators stopped working and when I read that you had a product and drawings to replace actuators , transformers and switching gear I was happy. The local electrician did have trouble with the wiring diagram and ended up running some new wires . I would have been good to have switches included in my order . It is now fully installed and works a treat . We have 3 other CONEL actuators in another area of the house . They are on their way out so I will be in contact in the future. The guy who served me was good and put up with my questions . As we are regional NSW that was really appreciated . Missed some technical support . That was a bit of a downer . Cheers Bernie Perrett
