After our original lock faulted, and the original installer quoted me over $400 to replace it, I decided to have a go at replacing my Austral Ultimate door lock myself.
The lock arrived reasonably quickly, and was it relatively easy to swap out the old lock for the new one, which saved me hundreds of dollars.
