I was truly delighted with the customer service and prompt reply after emailing my query - I received confirmation, reassurance and technical expertise to adapt a Gainsborough lock to have an internal snib turn for compliance with SA rental laws. To make to ordering process easier I was given a direct link to my order bypassing the need to select products and eliminating mistakes. It was an extermely cost effective solution that I was able to install myself after a local locksmith cut the blade.
They gave me great confidence and I would certianly use them again.
