The Lockwood 325/35/123/003, also called AU 003 fire key padlock, is a solid brass padlock, coded to the 003 key code used specifically in fire services industry application.
This padlock features a robust double-sided locking mechanism, paired with a chrome-plated hardened steel shackle for enhanced security. The 325 fire key padlock includes a UV stabilised red colored protective silicon jacket, with “003” stamping on both the key and the padlock body, for easy identification and added protection ensuring compatibility with fire services systems.

This unified code allows users to access different cylinders using a single compliant 003 key, thereby ensuring accessibility in emergencies. The 003 code is also known as the AU Fire Key.
The 003 Fire Services Key System (both key and cylinder) is required to meet the minimum performance standards set out in AS 4428.17:2024, titled “Fire detection, warning, control and intercom systems — Control and indicating equipment, Part 17: 003 Key — Fire services key system.”
