The service was good once I picked up the item but despite me sending photos of the door handle needed and on site checking our previous records of what we had previously, we were given the wrong door handle and after a hassle for us to install it, we had to return it and get the correct one,Also it took several phone calls initially until I received a response

I thought I needed the item quickly however turns out it would have been quicker to have it posted. Once the item was placed on the wall it turns out it was not level and needed bending into shape.

Product was exactly what was needed and great quality. Easy process. Highly recommend.
