Our privacy latch in the powder room was mysteriously damaged rendering it unusable. Trying to locate a spare I went to an Access Hardware store only to be told they don't stock it but could order it in online, so I did it myself.
Parts arrived within 3 days of ordering and the door latch back working just like new.
