These locks and handles are great. We’ve had ours for 7 years and the polished brass finish hasn’t tarnished at all. Not sure what the other reviewer is experiencing but our locks have operated smoothly. Thanks

We bought 2 of these locks and had them installed by our builder. Sadly, although they look beautiful, it is extremely difficult to lock and therefore impractical. The key keeps getting stuck and it’s very difficult to turn. I have to keep leaving my front door open, because it just won’t work. Very upsetting, as they’re quite expensive and have now been installed in both doors.
