Although The Lock Shop are not exclusive retailers of what I've needed so far, it's the service from knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff that really makes them stand out. Twice now I've needed specific door hardware for my ancient house and The Lock Shop came through when others couldn't, including on this Lockwood latch in polished brass from their own old stock because this item is now deleted.
