We have purchased three of these locks for our home and have had them fitted by a locksmith who we have used before and know to be reliable
Two of the locks are OK but one, on our front door, has done nothing but play up
The snib inside the house keeps sticking and often will not work
We have had the locksmith out to look at it and have to get him out again but it is a pain overall
I would not recommend this product
