I initially ordered door handles Chrome finish. Order T129406.
Two days after placing the order, I rang the center and requested to change the colour of the door handles to Black. I was told that since the order hasn't been processed, I will only be charged $30 for restocking of the items. I was also given on that day a new order number T129614 for the black coloured handles.
I then received by post both orders and not enough that now I'll have to pay to post back the first order but I will also have to pay for keyed alike (which could be prevented if your customer service would be on board with its duties).
Very disappointing. Never coming back.
