The locks are not suitable for 35mm doors out of the box.
The spindles are too long at 100mm and were reduced to 92mm, cutting 4mm off each end to ensure the privacy locks worked and the passage locks for the grub screw grooves were not cut at the maximum width possibly not allowing the grub screw to engage (there are no grooves in the privacy spindles).
Additionally the instructions for installing the spindle in the privacy set are wrong/missing with having to install the spindle the correct way, the crimped part is the fixed end and the rotating part is installed from the outside through the latch then install a C clip on the spindle.
Installing the privacy button; before tightening the longer screws into the fixing posts install the privacy button then tighten the long screws ensuring the privacy button can operate, remove the privacy button and install the rose cover (2 different sized alignment keys so it can only install one way) and reinstate the privacy button.
