Bought three of these at same time. The quality of the finish is good but the actual mechanical action of the handle and lock are very sticky and the action is not smooth at all. You need to ensure that there is zero pressure on the handle in order to be able to turn the lock, and even then it can be an effort to turn. Can take some wiggling of the handle to get the lock action to work. Would expect more form a Gainsborough product.
