The customer service is terrible. I received my order late plus I canceled some of the items in my order and it is been three weeks that I am still waiting for them to refund the difference. I won't recommend this shop.

As a builder, the quality of the locks is high, the delivery is prompt and is packaged well. I will absolutely continue to buy from here this is for my own place not just clients. Great supplier.
