Am unable to connect the bridge to the lock. I am waiting for support to release an update that will hopefully resolve the issue. At this stage I would not recommend this product.

Love this lock - almost hard to believe it's made by Gainsborough.
Definitely surprised by functionality, quality and ease of use.
Now to purchase another one for the laundry door :-).
