The instructions were good and it was pretty easy to install. Couldn’t get it to read iPhone to unlock. I’ve now got a rfid sticker on phone but the lock gets confused by phone being so close and won’t read it. We’ve been using lock for a few weeks now. After about a week it suddenly stopped recognising palm to prompt pin entry and would only open with a card. We managed to reset it and it takes pin again but I would have been locked out if someone wasn’t home when it happened. We have set up the auto lock, it works most the time but sometimes just doesn’t. Like this morning when I walked dog and came home to find house had been unlocked the entire time. I really wanted to love it and probably would if it wasn’t so inconsistent
