There are a couple of issues I have found with the passage handles so far. The brass feral on one Handle set seems to be miss aligned. Ie slightly bent from square. This may be contributing to the handle not fully returning to horizatal after it is opened and released ? ANNOYING
The 2nd issue is that dust boxes were not supplied with the 6 passage sets. The privacy and lock sets I also ordered did have them . I followed this up with Tom in customer sales a couple of days ago. He was going to get back to me but has not. I would like the 6 dust boxes supplied free of charge as they should have been supplied with my original order.
I have previously ordered and received one passage set as an initial trial to see if they fit my doors. That one did have a dust box so I know the passage sets are supposed to come with them. Please follow this up and get back to me as I can't finish putting them on till I have them.
